SHL Subsystem Logfiles

rack#        -> Comma-separated log of voltage, current, and frequency information 
                for the specified rack PDU.  The columns are:
                1) Timestamp in seconds since the UNIX epoch
                2) Input frequency in Hz
                3) Input voltage in VAC
                4) Output current in amps
                5) Output power source (Optional)
                6) Battery status (Optional)
                7) Battery capacity in percent (Optional)

runtime      -> Runtime logs (command, warnings, etc.) for the specified day

thermometer# -> Comma-separated shelter temperature information for the 
                specified thermometer.  The columns are:
                1) Timestamp in seconds since the UNIX epoch
                2) Temperature in degrees C
