LWA Low Frequency Data Reduction Tutorial
The LWA low frequency data reduction tutorial provides an overview of how to observe with an LWA station and provides a variety of science cases that can be investigated with the data. These include:
- observing pulsars in order to determine the period and dispersion measure,
- searching for transient events in beam formed (DRX) data, and
- searching for meteor radio afterglows in all-sky Orville images.

Note: Many of these data files are 10s to 100s of GB in size. Some parts of the tutorials may be omitted if download speed and disk space is a concern.
